Terms & Conditions

  1. Venue: The event will be hosted at Wild Coast Sun, Main Bizana Road, Bizana, Eastern Cape. 
  2. Entry: Admission is subject to ticket availability and venue capacity. 
  3. Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time and may not be exchanged or transferred without prior consent from the organiser. 
  1. Late Arrivals: Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance, at management’s discretion. 
  2. Food & Drinks: No cooler boxes, food, or beverages from outside Wild Coast Sun are permitted inside the venue. 
  3. Recording: No photography, videography, or audio recording is allowed during the performance unless authorised. 
  4. Programme Changes: The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, performers, dates, or times due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  5. Refunds & Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms will be communicated by the organiser or appointed ticketing platform. 
  6. Children: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 
  7. Compliance: Guests must comply with all Wild Coast Sun venue rules, safety regulations, and security procedures. 
  8. Media Consent: By attending the event, patrons consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional or marketing material captured during the event. 
  9. Final Authority: Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to the event.
