  1. Event Details:
    • The event is open to all individuals 18 years of age and older. Proof of age may be required at the entrance.

    • Mixers are provided with the bottle purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

    • Molo Lounge reserves the right to deny entry to those not adhering to the dress code.

    • Alcohol will be served responsibly. Molo Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated or disruptive.
    • Customers are responsible for their own consumption and must adhere to local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  2. Event Entry:
    • Entry to the event is free; however, VIP tables or bottle service may require prior booking and additional costs.
    • Molo Lounge and event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the event.
  3. Photography and Video:
    • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. These images/videos may be used on social media, websites, or other marketing materials.
  4. Health and Safety:
    • Attendees are required to follow all health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, social distancing, hand sanitizing, and mask-wearing if required by local authorities.
  5. Cancellation:
    • The event may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be informed, and any changes will be communicated through official channels.
    • No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled entirely.
  6. Liability:
    • By attending the event, all attendees agree to hold Molo Lounge, the event organizers, and their affiliates harmless from any liability, injury, or loss of property that may occur during the event.
  7. General Terms:
    • Molo Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event for disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with the dress code, or violation of these terms and conditions.
