Terms and Conditions
 
1. Event Date & Participation
  • The event will take place on 5 April on the designated golf course at The Wild Coast.
  • Participation is open to registered players only. No walk-ins will be accepted on the day.

 2. Registration & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via 093 305 2799.
  • Full payment (where applicable) is required to secure participation.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

 3. Golden Egg Hunt Rules

  • The Golden Egg will be hidden within the official course boundaries.
  • The Egg must be physically found and presented to the event marshal to claim the prize.
  • Only one prize will be awarded to the individual or team who finds the Egg first.
  • Tampering with the Egg, relocating it, or any form of misconduct will result in disqualification.

4. Competition Rules

  • All players must adhere to the standard rules of golf and any additional event-specific rules communicated on the day.
  • The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any player for unsportsmanlike behaviour or rule violations.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • Players participate at their own risk and are expected to follow all course safety guidelines.
  • Alcohol consumption must be responsible and may be restricted during play.
  • The organiser is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

6. Weather & Event Changes

  • In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organiser may postpone, modify, or cancel the event.
  • Participants will be notified of changes using the contact details provided at registration.

7.Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, participants grant permission for photographs and video footage to be captured and used for promotional purposes.
  • If a participant wishes to opt out, they must notify the organiser before the event starts.

8. Prizes & Awards

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • All decisions regarding scoring, winners, and prize allocation are final.

9. General

  • By registering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions where necessary.
