Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Ticket Sales & Entry
    • Early Bird Tickets are available exclusively online via GetMyTickets at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
    • At-the-Door Tickets are subject to availability and priced at R300.
    • Dinner Buffet tickets (R350 per person) must be purchased in advance or at the door (subject to availability). Dinner is served from 6 PM to 8 PM only.
    • Entry to the dance party starts at 8 PM. No entry before this time without a dinner ticket.
  2. Ticket Categories
    • Dinner & Dance Combo: R350 per person (includes buffet and dancefloor access).
    • Bhangra Only (Early Bird): R100 online.
    • Bhangra Only (Online Special): R200.
    • Bhangra Only (At the Door): R300.
  3. Dress Code
    • Smart Casual, Desi Diva, or Beach Vibes. Dress to impress! Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code.
  1. Age Restriction
    • This is an 18+ event. Proof of ID may be required at the door.
  2. Refund Policy
    • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
  3. Right of Admission Reserved
    • The venue and organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
  4. Photography & Videography
    • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.
  5. Health & Safety
    • Guests enter at their own risk. The organizers and venue accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
  6. No Outside Food or Beverages
    • No outside food, drinks, or alcohol will be permitted inside the venue.
  7. Event Changes
    • Organizers reserve the right to alter the lineup, schedule, or venue if necessary, with reasonable notice.
