Terms & Conditions:
Event Date & Time: The tournament will take place on August month, with tee-off at 7:30 AM from both tees. Entry Fee: The cost is R400 per person, which includes a shared golf cart. Bookings & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance through Wild Coast Sun Country Club 039 305 2799\|jc.coetzer@suninternational.com ). Payment details will be provided upon booking. Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. Format: The offer and rules will be communicated before the event starts. Dress Code: Golfers must adhere to the Wild Coast Sun Country Club dress code—collared shirts, golf shoes, and appropriate golf attire are required. Weather Policy: In case of adverse weather conditions, the event may be rescheduled or adjusted. The decision will be made by the tournament organizers Cart Usage: Golf carts are included in the entry fee and must be shared. Drivers must adhere to the club’s cart usage rules. Liability: The Wild Coast Sun Country Club and event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, lost property, or damages incurred during the tournament. Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify players for misconduct or non-compliance with tournament rules. By entering the tournament, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
