Every Chef’s Table guest starts their first-class journey with some welcome drinks on arrival at a special location on the property. Then, allow us to whisk you away in spectacular fashion as we escort you to the main Production Kitchen of the entire property. This is where the real magic happens.

Guests will be wined and dined to a tailor-made 5-course dinner and wine pairing where meticulous attention to detail is paid to every element of the evening. Each course is expertly engineered so that every meal is matched with a particular wine and precise glass pairing to create a truly sensational chemical reaction on your palate.
