Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Prizes can only be redeemed at the relevant Casino.
  • Only SunMVG members with a valid email address can participate in this promotion.
  • No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  • Voucher is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Any alterations / misuse / abuse or fraudulent use of this voucher will render the voucher invalid;
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special or MVG benefit;
  • Any person who has been issued with a banning notice, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the campaign prize offer
  • Voucher redemption acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  • Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  • In case of a system malfunction, management decision is final;
  • In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the respective Gambling Boards will be notified of any such change;
  • Your SA Identification document must be presented when redeeming your prize;
  • All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  • Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Respective Gambling Boards in the event of a dispute;
  • Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  • Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  • The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  • Sun International may add to the rules of this promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants, subject to approval by the respective Gambling Boards.
  • All communications regarding this promotion constitute part of the rules
  • Anyone who is self-excluded or banned is automatically excluded from participation and has no claim to any rewards or prizes.
