As the employer of over 5350 people who are beneficiaries to over 32100 friends and family, we are committed to transformation. Since 2016, we have appointed a total of 6 women to our senior management team with 3 coming from the local communities of Ledig, Moretele and Moruleng. In total we have seen a significant increase of 45% in the appointment of African, Indian & Coloured (AIC) employees to senior positions.
It is most exciting to see our staff members acquire new skills that allow them to move on to more challenging roles at the resort. In 2018, a total of 1108 employees received training of which 87% are African males and females.
