Sun City Golf Challenge Series

Sun City is pleased to introduce the Sun City Golf Challenge Series, offering golfers the opportunity to pit their skills against each other in a funfilled tournament to stand a chance of winning great prizes. The Sun City Golf Challenge Series and Competition Days play out on the resort’s two award-winning par-72 18-hole golf courses, the Gary Player Golf Course and Lost City Golf Course.

Both courses were designed by South African golfing legend, Gary Player. These two championship golf courses offer visitors to southern Africa’s premier resort an exciting and challenging golfing experience. Golfers can opt to be part of the monthly Competition Days or participate in the full Sun City Golf Challenge Series, with the finals taking place in November 2016.

To qualify for the finals in November, each team must play eight consecutive competitions (the equivalent of four challenge series).

The challenge series will have a dedicated leader board, separate from the competition days.

The Challenge Series Final Qualification

To qualify for the golf challenge series final round each team need to play eight consecutive competitions, the equivalent of four challenge series.

The challenge series will have its own leader board at each event, seperate from the competition days. Most importantly the Head Professional will conduct an in-house handicap for each player in the challenge series.
