4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered (01 April  – 30 June 2017)
5. Guests may either qualify for the car draw entry through being selected via a random mystery device while playing Slot machines from 20h00 to 23h00 on selected Saturdays or from earning points while playing Slot machines or tables any day of the week within the promotion period. Points earning will ccommence on 01 April to 30 June.
6. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
7. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
8. A Finalist/prize winner can only be drawn and awarded a prize once, in the event that the same finalist is drawn more than once there will be a redraw.
9. Guests can go to the VIP Customer Services Desk on the day of the draws with their printed ticket and their ID or driver’s license for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw
10. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Sun MVG card belonging to the winner and; positive and acceptable form of identification such as Bar coded ID book, Driver’s license or Passport.
11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
12. Collectively this promotion will see over R2.5 Million in 3 CARS, CASH and SUN XTRA PLAY.
13. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
