  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. Individuals who have joined the SI MVG program at GrandWest during the preceding month are eligible to participate in the campaign;
  2. Receive a free coffee, tea or soft drink voucher upon Sun MVG card issue;
  3. 50 Bonus Points will be awarded to new members after their first five (5) spins (available on 2nd card insert);
  4. Individuals who earn two (2) or more casino points in their sign-up month will qualify for R100 Xtra Play the following month;
  5. Individuals who earn six (6) casino points between 1 April 2021 and 30 June 2021 will be entered into the Sign-Up Draw taking place on 25 July 2021 where you stand to win a trip for two to Thailand valued at R50 000;
  6. The total value of the trip to Thailand is R50 000 for two persons sharing which includes economy class flights, accommodation, breakfast, transfers, travel insurance, PCR COVID test and all other travel related expenses will be for the winner’s cost;
  7. The travel prize is valid for three years from date of issue;
  8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  9. Bonus points do not count towards the points required for Xtra Play, nor tickets into the Sign-Up draw;
  10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  11. Times and dates will be communicated through communication medium/s used for this promotion;
  12. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  13. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
