Complete and pop your “Letter to Santa” into the Santa mailbox found at the Christmas tree in the Cape Village, you could be one of the lucky random winners, who will receive a “wish” from their list!”

Entries are open to children between the ages 3 (three) to (12) twelve only.

Rules

  1. Letter to Santa lucky draw runs from Monday 12 December to Monday 19 December 2022.
  2. Entries close at 17h00 on Monday 19 December 2022.
  3. No late entries will be accepted.
  1. The draw will take place on Tuesday 20 December 2022, and winners will be notified telephonically on the contact information provided by Wednesday, 21 December 2022.
  2. Entrants stand a chance to win one of their “wishes” as indicated on the Letter to Santa.
  3. Prize value up to a maximum of R2 500 (two thousand five hundred rand) per wish.
  4. Limited to one entry per child, multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. Entries which are unclear, illegible will be declared invalid.
  6. Entries are open to children between the ages of 3 (three) to 12 (twelve).
  7. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.
  8. Any prize not taken up for any reason within one month of notification will be forfeited.
  9. The right of entry is reserved.
  10. Management’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The winner’s legal guardian may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their prizes.
  12. Prize winner’s legal guardian must be in possession of a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  13. The winner’s legal guardian are to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize, and will be required to produce their legal ID document;
  14. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, tenants and their employees; agents or consultants of or any other person who are directly or indirectly or is controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
