All MVG cardholders who are actively playing slots every Monday, between 12h00 and 21h00.

rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  4. Participants must be actively playing slots on the gaming floor whilst using their MVG loyalty cards within the specified date and times;
  5. Whacky times sessions for the power mysteries are as follows: 12h00 – 13h00, 14h00 – 15h00, 16h00 – 17h00, 18h00 – 19h00 and 20h00 – 21h00;
  6. There will be 40 hits per sessions of R500 cash each;
  7. Times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion;
  8. The promotion runs every Monday from 4 July 2016 until 26 September 2016;
  9. The total prize on offer per Monday is R100 000 cash; 
  10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  11. Prize winners will be selected by way of a power mystery;
  12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, all players playing during the promotional period will get the opportunity to register for a manual draw/s on the day. All entrants will receive 1 ticket into the draw/s and cash prizes of R500 each will be paid to the winners drawn. This value is equivalent to the value which would have been won on a slot machine during the promotion period. The total prize to be given away in this promotion via a manual draw will be based on the time and period in which the technical failure occurred;
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  16. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
