StStand not one, not two, but three chances to win a share of R30 000 in gaming credits every Thursday in April 2016 by being selected as a participant in our Draw, Pick the Box Eliminator and Derby Dash Chase the Case.

Thursdays, 7 to 28 April 2016.

Eight participants will be randomly selected via E-Draw

Qualification criteria

All MVG cardholders.

Prize

A share of R30 000 in gaming credits.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  4. The promotional period runs every Thursday morning from 7 to 28 April 2016;
  5. Participation will be open to all MVG cardholders;
  6. Tickets are capped at one ticket per MVG cardholder, per event, per week;
  7. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times;
  8. Ticket entry collection starts at 09h00 on the day of the promotion and automatically closes 15 minutes prior to the respective draw start;
  9. Participants will be randomly selected by way of E-Draw;
  10. Promotional times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion;
  11. The total prize pool every Thursday is R30 000 in gaming credits;
  12. In order to be a participant in the draws, the ticket holder must be present at the draw and must present themselves within two minutes of their ticket number being announced;
  13. Ticket holders must produce their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid Passport, SA Identity Document, SA Driver's License);
  14. In the event of a draw entrant not presenting their MVG loyalty card and positive picture identification to the auditors within two minutes and/or the entrant is not present at the draw, a re-draw will take place;
  15. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  17. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  20. Participants do, however, have the options to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
