Prize vouchers consists of cash vouchers, meal vouchers, finale draw tickets and mystery gifts.

One of the prizes is an entry to a cash draw on Thursday 29 December 2016.  

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  4. Participants must be valid Sun MVG cardholders;
  5. Participants must earn 10 casino points within 24 hours between 07h00 on Thursday, 01 December 2016 to 07h00 on Friday, 16 December 2016;
  6. Casino points earned via leisure spend will only reflect within 48 to 72 hours after being earned;
  7. Qualification to play Swipe and Win is limited to one game per day per qualifier;
  8. Participants will have to earn the required number of points and claim the prize voucher on the same day between 07h00 and 07h00 during the promotional period;
  9. Terms and conditions apply to the various prize voucher redemptions;
  10. Prizes will only be redeemable on presentation of a valid prize voucher;
  11. The prize voucher for the finale draw on 29 December 2016 will serve as the entry ticket for draw and has to be placed in the tombola,
  12. The tombola will only be accessible until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw;
  13. No late entries will be accepted;
  14. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid Passport, SA Identity document or SA Driver’s license);
  15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  18. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  20. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
