1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
4. All MVGs playing tables during the promotional period qualify for this promotion;
5. Points must be earned per day during the qualifying period in order to qualify for the nonnegotiable gaming chips offer the following day from 12h00;
6. For every two table points earned you receive R100, with a maximum of R300 in nonnegotiable tables' chips and or six tables points;
7. Points must be earned on every Tuesday during the promotional period (Tuesdays, 06h00 to 06h00, 1 – 22 March 2016);
8. Collect and redeem your non-negotiable gaming chips before it expires the Friday at 06h00 and automatically be entered into the finale draw on 29 March 2016 with a maximum of four entries;
9. Tickets can be collected at the MVG Reward Center from 12h00, Draw starts at 21:00;
10. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion;
11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times;
12. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and MVG loyalty card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification;
13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
16. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
18. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
