Promotion period: From 06 April 2016 until 29 June 2016.

Qualifying period: From 06h00, 30 March until 06h00, 29 June 2016 with draws at 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00.

Earn one point every Wednesday between 06h00 and the following Wednesday 06h00 to receive one ticket into the draws taking place per week.

Earn 100 points from 06h00, 30 March 2016 until 06h00, 29 June 2016 to receive one ticket into the Finale car draw on 29 June 2016 at 22h00.

Rules

  • No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  • Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  • This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  • Participants earn points by playing slots or table whilst using their MVG loyalty cards;
  • Participants must earn one or more slots or tables points in one week (06h00 on Wednesday to 06h00 the following Wednesday) to qualify for that week’s draw;
  • Participants must earn 100 slots or tables points from 06h00, 30 March 2016 until 06h00, 29 June 2016 to qualifier for the Finale car draw on 29 June 2016 at 22h00;
  • No shortfall of points will be taken into consideration;
  • Times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion;
  • Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  • Entries into the draws will not be accumulated or carried forward to a subsequent weekly draw and will only be valid for each specific draw;
  • Ticket entry collection into each draw closes 15 minutes prior to the draw start;
  • Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times;
  • Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid Passport, SA Identity Document, SA Driver’s License);
  • Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  • In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  • Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  • Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  • All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  • Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  • Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  • Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  • The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
