Ticket refunds for cancelled shows
Due to the national lockdown and phased reopening of the economy, upcoming shows and events have been cancelled or postponed. We are working with promoters and organisers to reschedule events/shows where possible. Additional shows might be cancelled/postponed going forward, dependant on the guidelines from the Government on public gatherings. How do I refund my ticket?
Will I receive a full refund for tickets bought for cancelled/postponed shows?
- If you have purchased tickets with your credit cards and not collected the tickets, you will be refunded automatically to your card within 3-7 working days.
- If you have already collected your tickets OR paid cash, please return your tickets to the store to obtain a refund. This can be any Computicket office or at Shoprite/Checkers.
Once an alternative date has been confirmed for a show, can I transfer my ticket to the new date?
Yes, once a new date is confirmed and changed on Computicket you can amend your ticket to the new show date.
