Zambezi Sun

Restaurants & Bars

Zambian cuisine is often described as good, wholesome African cooking, and there is no better place to experience this than at the Zambezi Sun’s Theatre of Food. The restaurant caters for a variety of palates with its themed dinners.

The Poolside Grill and Pool Bar offers light lunches and drinks while you soak up the African sun. A live band at the pool bar will entertain you long into the night. Been There, Eaten That: If you really want to get into the local flavours, then you have to try the Mopani worms as well as chikanda. Chikanda is called the African polony. It is made from a root vegetable and looks a bit like a meatloaf.
