Accommodation Privilege

The following accommodation privileges are available to members:

Advantage Level

6 complimentary room night vouchers

Premier Level

10 complimentary room night vouchers

These vouchers must be used in conjunction with a paid room night at the best available published rate. They are redeemable at the applicable hotels on your membership level, which are listed on your vouchers.

Please note: Only one voucher may be used per booking and is limited to two rooms.

Booking procedure

The member will need to contact Sun International Central Reservations on Tel: 011 780 7800. Please have your membership number with you when making a reservation.

The consultant will then check for the Best Available Rate (BAR). Once the booking has been made you, the member, will need to make payment within 48 hours to confirm the booking, unless informed differently. You will then receive a confirmation that needs to be shown at check in. If the booking is not paid for in the specific time frame, the booking will automatically cancel and the rate will no longer be valid. Only one voucher can be used per booking, and a minimum of 2 nights must be booked.

Check in procedure

The following will need to be presented at check in.

  • Confirmation letter
  • ID copy
  • Privilege Portfolio card
  • Privilege Portfolio voucher

Please make sure the above is shown at check in for all discounts to apply and to eliminate complications at a later stage. Voucher will not be valid if presented at Check Out.
