The Maslow Hotel’s Conference Centre and Meeting Rooms have been prudently crafted to cater to all of today’s business needs with innovative technology and facilities that will delight business executives.

Meeting rooms

We have 13 meeting rooms; each named after a 19th Century entrepreneur. These are located away from the Conference Centre and isolated from the rest of the hotel to ensure uninterrupted productivity. This zone also has a dedicated lunch and lounge area for down-time, relaxation and refueling.

Our meeting rooms open onto our lush gardens to create the perfect environment for workshops, strategy sessions, training events and team-building. To make planning your next meeting even easier, we have superb day seminar packages for you to choose from.

Our Conference Centre offers an inspirational location for business functions with spacious facilities that can accommodate up to 650 people.

Depending on the nature of your event and the number of attendees, we have the following conference venues to host your next function:

  • The Ballroom

    The Ballroom

    Our Ballroom can be divided in a number of different configurations to accommodate banquets for up to 400 people or provide cinema seating for 650 people.
  • Auditorium

    Auditorium

    Our Auditorium is equipped with a big screen, digital projector as well as surround sound; giving you everything you need for private screenings, multimedia events and thought leader seminars. Each seat has a small work area and a power point that is easily accessible so attendees can plug in and stay connected with our free high-speed Wi-Fi.
  • Vertex & Zenith

    Vertex & Zenith

    The combined Vertex and Zenith Conference room measures 219m² and is able to accommodate 120 people banquet style and 208 people cinema style.
  • Exemplar

    Exemplar

    Our Exemplar Room is the perfect setting for a slightly larger gathering and will seat 100 people for dinner or 154 people in cinema style.
  • Pre-Assembly

    Pre-Assembly

    Leading directly into our Ballroom, the Pre-Assembly area is perfect for car launches as there is direct access to the area and cars can be creatively displayed. This area is also ideal for conference tea and coffee breaks, finger lunches and cocktails.
  • Paragon

    Paragon

    Our Paragon room can accommodate 252 people banquet style and 150 people in a cinema seating arrangement.
  • Optima

    Optima

    The Optima room will seat 100 people for dinner and cinema seating for 154 people.
