To provide exceptional service to the Sun International customer by resolving all queries received in the Contact Centre in accordance with company standards.
- Call Center hours: 07:00 am - 20:00
- Scheduled: 7.5 hours per day per shift
- Generating reservations (Inbound)
- Generating Emails
- Computer skills (Microsoft Applications)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage time and work deliverables
- Ability to work consistently, accurately and productively in a pressurized environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
