GENERAL RULES
- No reservations may be made in excess of 12 months in advance of the date on which the reservation is requested (a specific time module may be used only once in any particular anniversary year). If a members levy account is in arrears it will be blocked from making a reservation.
No particular unit number is allocated to a module except certain Sun City 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Peak Week modules. Luxury 2 Bedroom peak and flexi modules (2019 memberships) are not unit specific. Unit number’s are allocated by resort management prior to arrival. Members may request specific units with central reservations directly & confirm the request with the resorts.
- To secure a full week the member must have acquired both a mid-week and a weekend membership.
- The number of modules acquired by a member determines the number of units that may be used during a particular anniversary year.
- Flexi modules will be reserved through Sun International Central Reservations on a first come first served basis, without any preferential bias.
- Members may transfer the use of their reserved module/s to other named persons. The relevant section of the confirmation letter must then be completed. Entry at the relevant resort gate will only be allowed on presentation of this confirmation letter. The member remains liable for any damage caused by such member’s guest(s).
- Club members will only be able to reserve within the parameters of the particular module type/s held, i.e. weekend and midweek.
- Upgrade to a 3BR unit can be done subject to availability and at an additional cost. Enquire with resort where applicable. Sun City Luxury 2 bedroom module owners (2019 membership) may upgrade to a 3-bedroom unit (2012 membership) without an additional cost directly with Sun International reservations, please note this only applies to flexi time.
- Should members use less than the day’s to which they are entitled, no credit will be carried over and the full subscription fee remains due.
- No rental pool facility for the members will be provided by Sun International.
- Once a reservation is confirmed with CRO it cannot be cancelled or changed. Members may space bank this with RCI and request an exchange. The exchange fees are payable to RCI on confirmation of a successful exchange.
- Servicing of units is done Monday and Friday additional servicing will be charged for. Upon check-in complimentary guest supplies are supplied as a starter pack only. Guest to bring their own additional toiletries, should they not request additional servicing.
RULES SPECIFIC TO 2012 MEMBERSHIP:
(2 Bedroom & 3 bedroom module owners)
- Membership expires on the 30 April 2012
- Flexi modules:
- Flexi time modules are not unit specific, unit numbers are allocated by the resort prior to arrival. Members may request a specific unit with the resort directly.
- Members may reserve at any of the Four Vacation Club resorts through Sun International without incurring any exchange fees:
- Fish River Sun
- Wild Coast Sun
- Sun City

Ezulwini Sun
- Members owning 2012 2-bedroom modules may not book into the Luxury 2 bedroom units (2019 membership) at Sun City through Sun International, unless they own a 3 bedroom module, in which case they may give up the 3 bedroom (2012 membership) for a 2 bedroom luxury unit (2019 membership).
3. Peak week modules:
- Peak weeks are resort specific and must be used as designated by the annual calendar, unless spacebanked with RCI within there terms and conditions.
Sun City peak week owners in most instances own specific units. Unit requests can be made with the resort. Please note this request is not guaranteed.
RULES SPECIFIC TO 2019 MEMBERSHIP:
(Luxury 2 bedroom units)
- Membership expires on the 30 April 2019
- Flexi modules:
- Members may reserve at any of the Four Vacation Club resorts through Sun International without incurring any exchange fees:
- Fish River Sun
- Wild Coast Sun
- Sun City
- Ezulwini Sun
- Flexi time modules are not unit specific, unit numbers are allocated by the resort prior to arrival. Members may request a specific unit with the resort directly.
- Members may book a 3 bedroom unit (2012 membership) inlieu of their 2 bedroom luxury unit (2019 membership) through Sun International Vacation Club.
- Members may downgrade their 2 bedroom luxury unit (2019 membership) too a 2 bedroom unit - 2012 membership - Sun City
3. Peak week modules:

SUBSCRIPTIONS:
- It is the responsibility of the member to keep account details with the levy department up to date.
- A R100 penalty fee will be charged on all overdue accounts & unpaid returns from the bank to recover collection fees & bank charges.
- Please note that levy due dates for peaks are 3 months prior to occupation and 1 month prior to anniversary period for flexi.
