Dress: Smart Open: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Capacity: 60 seats in the main dining room & breakfast room inclusive with a further 45 on the terrace and 45 on the patio (paved area). (Good weather permitting, numbers vary for bad weather conditions as the patio and terrace area are exposed to the elements) The à la carte restaurant is delightful mixture of modern sophistication and old-world style. Dinner bookings are essential and must be made in advance. The main à la carte menu is a dazzling array of dishes from the river and ocean as well as bush and game fare.

Capacity: 35 seats The lounge offers light refreshments and a wide selection of teas, coffees and pastries. The Verandah ( Lounge Terrace) Capacity: 27 seats Lunch is served alfresco on the veranda overlooking the rolling lawns and the river. Light refreshments are also served throughout the day.

Dress: Casual and informal Open: For breakfast, lunch (on request) and dinner Capacity: 130 seats under cover and 200 seats outside. The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and casual and provides an enjoyable buffet experience, especially for families.

Capacity: It is situated at The Falls Entertainment Centre and guests can sit outside and enjoy a light meal, croissants, pastries, coffees and drinks at this delightful coffee shop.

Capacity: 24 in bar area then 27 on the verandah. Inside the Lounge area at the bar, guests can relax with a cocktail as they watch the sun set.
