Check In/Out Times
Check in time is 16h00 and check out time is 10h00. An inventory list is in all Self Catering Units for guests. Please check the inventory on arrival and prior to check out.
Shop
The Shore Shop at the hotel provides basic food stuffs and is open daily from 08h30 – 12h00 and 13h00 – 16h30. (Fridays open until 21h00.)
Braai Facilities
Two communal braai facilities are available. Portable braai units are available from housekeeping (refundable deposit required). Unfortunately braaing is not allowed on the balconies of the upstairs units. (Applicable to Self Catering guests only.)
Laundry
Coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available. Laundry facilities are also available via Housekeeping.
Refuse Collection
Housekeeping collects refuse on a daily basis.
Servicing of Units
This is done on a Monday and Friday. Should you wish for your unit to be serviced on a daily basis, this can be arranged via Housekeeping at an additional cost. Bathroom Towels are collected and replaced on a daily basis.
(Applicable to Time Share Guests only.)
On departure the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for Vacation Club staff will be charged to the member’s account at the rate of R 200.00 per unit.
• Hotel Bedrooms are serviced on a daily basis.
Vehicle Parking
Vehicles are permitted to park outside the units, at the back of the hotel, only whilst offloading/loading luggage. At other times vehicles are to be parked in the hotel car park.

Requesting a Specific Unit
All requests for specific units will be considered, however, there is no guarantee that specific requests can be granted.
