Venues
Tabua Conference Rooms:
These large banqueting rooms provide for 1500 m2 of floor space and are ideal for large conferences of up to 300 delegates in cinema-style or for a buffet banquet for 300 guests.
Bora Bora Conference Room:
The Bora Bora venue can accommodate 250 guests for cocktails, 160 for a served banquet and 200 in cinema-style seating. The room is sub-divisible and each room can accommodate 70 for cocktails, 50 for a buffet banquet and 100 cinema-style.
Waikiki Conference Room:
The Waikiki Room can accommodate up to 50 guests in cinema-style seating.
Tahiti Conference Room:
This room provides for small conference groups of up to 50 delegates in cinema-style, or 20 people in a u-shaped meeting set-up. Ideal for small groups to meet and discuss matters around the boardroom table. This venue also has a pre-assembly area that serves delegates.

Fish River Sun has FOUR Data Projectors. These are ceiling mounted and cannot be moved.
