With a plethora of choices, dining at Sibaya is not food, it’s an experience - catering for every palate from quick meals to cuisine, Sibaya guests are certainly spoilt for choice.
A2A (Africa to Asia)  
A2A Deluxe Buffet 
Sibaya’s veritable theatre of food, A2A (Africa to Asia), offers guests an Afro-Chic dining experience like no other.  Seven island buffet stations complement the restaurants virtual street market ambience, created by vibrant ethnic murals and rough-hewn lighting effects.  Matching its vibrant décor is the wide-ranging menu offering a superb array of Asian, Middle Eastern and South African specialities.

Diners can select from a variety of delectable dishes for both meat eaters and vegetarians - from exotic stir fries, tandoori chicken, curries (with all the trimmings), fresh crisp salads, pap, wors, shish nyama (various grilled meats), middle eastern mezzes, plus a dessert bar to die for! All K-way (dispensed sodas) are free. 

A2A also has a smoking section and expansive decks which overlook the complex’s lush gardens with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean.

Sibaya’s Aqua, undoubtedly one of the East Coast’s finest Seafood Restaurants is set on three levels, with larger than life aquatic décor and a cylindrical fish tank with an upper level of Teppanyaki tables and a sushi bar, a middle section for a la carte diners and a sunken cocktail bar.

Diners can enjoy a fine-dining experience which includes exquisitely prepared dishes presented on elegant crockery, award-winning South African wines, silver service and great views of the Sibaya gardens.

Expected tantalising combinations of flavours from starters such as Red Pepper Risotto and Salmon Gravadlax, to mains of seared Tuna, Thai Herb Crusted Kingklip, Confit of Duck, an array of curries including wok crab, Fillet of aged beef, a selection of vegetarian dishes and more. End the dining experience off with a host of magnificently prepared and stylishly presented desserts.

Saturday is dinner and dance nights with live music. There is no covert charge but booking is essential.

Sondela Restaurant and Tavern  
Sonela Tavern 
Set in two Zulu-inspired thatched buildings with open decks enjoying ocean and garden views and offers an interesting fusion of African cuisine. Sondela can cater for up to 120 guests.
 The Food Court
